We can complicate things in a million ways. Trying to make a site look perfect; trying to pick the right keywords and the right key-phrases. The best thing is to set it up and send some traffic to it. Drawing natural traffic is a great way to see the raw nature of how people really respond to our websites and then build upon the results. Putting links and or feeds to our social networks really helps us to target who we associate with. A painter or an artist is not likely to chat with me about internet marketing.

Yikes! Analysis paralysis. Who among us has not struggled with this phenomenom? And, as Doug points out, for great reason. There must be a million choices Internet marketers have to make before they can even get to the starting gate. Excellent commentary.

You are right about Internet Marketing becoming quite a beast. I hope that it remains manageable. Your first paragraph just speeks of involvement – really spelled WORK.

I also agree that there is no “getting rich quickly with Internet marketing”. And it really is not easy either. It takes time, effort, dedication, and persistence. You have made a good and timely post here. I hope many people take the time to read it.
