Finding a coach is the best business decision you can make, both online and off. As was said earlier, time is money.

When you really think about it, how much is a year of your life really worth, anyway? Waaay more than any coaching fee. I think it is sad to see how much time and effort is just wasted in marketing nowadays.

Hey Doug,

I completly agree, I thought I could go it alone when I first started, but I found I was going no where fast and kept losing focus.

Thankfully I decided to get myself a mentor, I chose Alex Jeffreys. It was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made, not only am I learning all the good stuff, I’m now focused and gaining in confidence too.

I’m also meeting lots of great like minded people, who are starting to become good friends.

Great post, and good looking blog. I’m actually using the same theme.

Great post from a great mentor. Doug, I think it’s in our nature to want to do things on our own first. We have to try and fail. Having said that if we were to actually think first and apply what you’re saying in your post the learning curve would be much shorter. Thanks again.

Excellent post Doug!

You have made some really great points. Now, while I agree that it is best to learn from our mistakes, wouldn’t it be even better if we could avoid those mistakes in the first place?

Having a mentor is a great way to avoid most of those mistakes.

I agree with your train of thought on the price points as well. I have kept my price points the same and have recently begun adding some bonuses and it is definitely paying off.

I have definitely seen quite an increase because of this.
