Ok, I promised you we’d delve into getting more targeted
traffic to your sites and blogs this week - you did get your
sites and/or blog ready, right? So let’s see now…

• Are you following me on Twitter?

• Have you ‘Favorited’ the IM Blog at Technorati?

• Have you Dugg the Affiliate Blog yet?

• Have you Stumbled Upon the ChampignyTV site?

If the answer was no to any of those - especially if
it was no to all of those, take a minute now and hit the
links, set yourself up at each of those and bookmark our
info, ok?

That’s a prime example of how the ‘net has changed in
the last 6 months to a year. While the big engines like
Google & Yahoo are still important (ok, the little ones
too), they don’t carry the power that the Web 2.0 sites
do for really getting out there and grabbing attention
for your sites.

Think I’m kidding? When you follow that Twitter link,
after you get inside and ‘follow’ my postings, hit the
links to see who I’m following there, and who’s following
me. When you see names like Rich Schefren, Mike Filsaime,
Joel Comm, Willie Crawford, Ken McArthur,
Rosalind Gardner and Jamie Bing there, you KNOW
it’s hot. In that league they don’t have time to mess around!

• Teri’s lens on Squidoo

Why are these sites so popular? They’re fun, they’re
a great way to stay in touch with people, and a great
way to bring people to your sites & blogs! Get into
Web 2.0 now, while it’s still so powerful and easy to
make use of!
