Yes I woke up growling as was planning to golf and had a white coating outside so decided to work instead. Thta looks like a very strong niche and I like the idea of little tips. Lots of ways to use and re-use that type of content.

I downloaded the review copy and it is full of great snippets that can be very useful to someone in this niche. With the PLR rights you could just post a short update every so often. As always Aurelius has done an excellent job.

This could be a great product of 50 tips plus one a day for two months. Or three a day for three weeks. On any number of other combinations. Lots of potential flexibility here.

Aurelius has a great idea with this PLR. By offering it as 110 tips he allows the buyers to do so much with it so easily. These tips would be great to be separated and used in many different ways that normal ebooks wouldn’t be able to.
