Don’t Be Lazy Online!

Hope all goes well! It was just a week ago today that
we put the PLR Tutorial Videos online, but what a week!

Step-By-Step PLR How-To Training Videos

The resell rights licenses were $97.00, and all 50
were gone within 5 days, but the personal use copies
continue to move quite nicely - if you haven’t secured
your copy yet, download it today…

Congratulations to Mike Steup, Joel Osborne and
Mike Mazzella, our three top affil’s for the launch. Mike made
over 4-figures in commissions during the last week, the other
two placing in the high 3-digits. Not bad for a week, eh?

What set them apart from the other dozen or so people
who sent out about the videos? Each of them sent the info
out 3 times during the week. You see, not everybody has
time to read every issue you send. And different features
are important to different people - so covering the same
product from different angles with each mailing helps - it
helps you as the affil and your readers as it gives them
more info about the product and how to use it.

A consistent, integrated approach to your promos is the
biggest key to making it online.
You need to constantly be
building your list, sending your e-zine, and using a number
of other methods to build your biz, your brand, and your
overall profits.

Nothing will kill your online efforts faster than
being lazy. Forget all the hype you see on salespages;
the ONLY way to make it online without a lot of hard effort
is to have a ton of bucks to throw into it. If you want
Jeff Dedrick’s luxuriously lavish and easy lifestyle, you
better come into the game with the bucks he did.

Jeff sold his chain of pizzerias and two gyms before
getting into the biz, so he had the resources to travel
to all the events, meet a number of big dogs to JV with
and then hire staff to do a lot of the grunt work. He
had already busted his butt in the offline world to build
his biz before evolving to .

So even then, it was a lot of effort and sweat-equity
that got Jeff to the top - and that’s what you need to do
too. Do you have a blog going yet? How are your articles
doing at the directories - have them there yet? Using the
Web 2.0 sites like MyBLogLog, Technorati or StumbleUpon
yet?

If you answer to any of those was no, chances are you’re
being too lazy
in your online biz. You see, none of those
require you to lay out any bucks, so there’s really no
excuse. Either you’re putting in the effort to improve your
life and your biz or you aren’t - be honest with yourself!

It’s one of the great ironies of this biz that one of
the best ways to push your sites, your blogs, your affil
links requires nothing but a bit of time each week, yet
relatively few people make the effort.

I’m talking about articles, of course. You write the
article, add your signature box with your link, and get
it to the directories. You get visitors from those seeing
the link there, or seeing it on sites that use your
articles for content or in their e-zines. And the engines
spider the links, find your site to index, and add another
link to your page ranking factors.

I’ve put together a resource to help you if you don’t
really ‘get’ how to use articles to build your biz, and
have launched it this week at SevenBucks.com:

Understanding Article Marketing

Next week it’ll go on it’s own site at the regular
rates, but for those of you with tighter bucks we’ve
priced it at $7 for the first week ONLY:

PS - We’re starting to see a mix of powerful resources
for articles too, as people use Web 2.0 technologies in
combination with article listings. Watch for, and use
these sites too, since they’re the best of both worlds.
Two good examples are:

Joel Osborne’s site: The Advertising Blog

Russel Brunson’s site: Conquer You Niche Forum

You can use both for no outlay, or get even more
use from them by upgrading - but both are beneficial
to use. You can put your articles online at Joel’s on
the blog there, and at Russell’s in the forum. And
don’t forget to send them to our Marketing BlogZine
as well:

To your success… DC.
