You’re reading this online marketing blog, so obviously you’re into Internet marketing, affiliate marketing or both – or you’re doing your research, looking to get into the biz, right? So tell me – what do you find is the best way for YOU to learn about the online marketing trends, about what’s working now and where the industry is headed?

For example, are you attending the live Internet marketing events? I love speaking at live marketing events because I can talk one-to-one with a lot of our online family and give them advice on the spot that’s specific to their biz. Teri & I got to know a lot of newer marketers at Mark Hendricks’ Internet Marketing Super Stars Conference (ISSC) in Orlando this past January, so I’m really pleased to be speaking there again next January!

I’ll also be speaking at Ken McArthur’s JVAlert Live (JVAL) in Philadelphia two weeks from today and at David Perdew’s Niche Affiliate Marketing Seminar (NAMS) this coming August. If you’re going to be at either, or even in that area while the conferences and seminars are on, please don’t hesitate to come up and introduce yourself – Teri & I only bite those who enjoy it! ;-) Seriously though, we’d love to offer some advice, so DO be sure to meet us there, ok?

But because we realize not everyone can currently afford to get to these events or may live somewhere that makes it hard to get to the States, we also have launched our intensive PowerStart Marketing coaching classes for people to access online. These are designed for marketers ranging from complete newbies to those who are doing ok with their online business but want to do a lot better – in a nutshell, anyone not already making 6 figures a year online but willing to take massive action to get to that point.

Which course is best for YOU depends on your current focus and how quickly you want to establish your business… Our Internet Marketing coaching program is a 4-week intensive hands-on crash course – you’ll probably learn more in those 4 weeks than you have in the past 2 or 3 years, but it’s a LOT of effort – you’ll need to put in at least 20 hours a week on your biz during the course. For those who do put in the effort, though – well, just check out the video testimonials from our alumni. (What makes them more impressive is most of them didn’t know how to do online video before the course!)

If, on the other hand, 20 hours per week is a bit too much for you right now or you’re more interested in affiliate marketing rather than creating your own products, you may want to start with our 8-week Affiliate Marketing Coaching Program. You still learn how to build your lists, drive traffic, create podcasts & videos and the whole 9 yards but the focus is on promoting products and services as an affiliate as opposed to your own products…

Both courses utilize live webinars with extensive step-by-step how-to training videos created just for the coaching programs and not available anywhere else. The Internet Marketing coaching starts the first Monday of each month while the Affiliate Marketing coaching starts the first Wednesday of every other month, so follow the links above for more info on the course that’s right for you and your business right now.

But live in person or live online, I look forward to guiding you as you take your online business to the next level through your own Internet marketing and/or affiliate marketing success… See you then!

Teri & I love Internet marketing – the business of Internet marketing, the daily activities of Internet marketing, interacting in the Internet marketing industry and the entire Internet marketing lifestyle – being together 24/7, making our own hours, traveling extensively throughout North America, speaking at some Internet marketing conventions and attending others, the comfort level Internet marketing provides financially – we love it all!

But after 12 years online full-time, you know what the best thing is about Internet marketing? The one single thing that makes it all worthwhile – the frosting on the Internet marketing cake?

It’s YOU!

You. The people who read our blogs. The people who visit our websites. The people who read our e-zines. The people who buy our products. The people in our affiliate program. The people we do joint ventures with. The people we meet at the seminars & conventions. The people on our teleseminars and webcasts. ALL of whom we consider our ‘online family’.

Even for a hard-core, in-your-face marketer like me, with a certified Type-A+ personality, it’s meeting You. Hearing how we’ve helped You. Hearing that You’re doing ok, or better than ok online, in small part because of what we do. What makes all of this worthwhile is that You’ve put Your trust in us, had faith in us, and we’ve delivered… Because to Teri & I, the goal of our entire Internet marketing empire is to help You, the people we care about, to enable Your own efforts to live Your dream lifestyle.

You see, helping You achieve that while having a fun and exciting life is OUR dream lifestyle. Yes, the big income and the shiny toys, the travel, prestige and fame are great – I wouldn’t even try to deny that. But it would be too hollow for us if that was the full extent of it – it’s knowing that what we do helps YOU, in Your daily life and the progress towards Your dreams and ambitions that really gives us our buzz…

And that’s why getting to the live public events is so important to us – because that’s where we get to meet You, to hear how You are doing, and to find out what we can do next to help You get to that next level, overcome Your current obstacles, break through the barricades to step that much closer to Your dreams!

This past weekend we had that opportunity again, attending the 2008 World Internet Summit in Toronto, Canada.

And much to our delight, once again we got to meet up with old friends and meet new members of our online family…

A huge Thank You to the people above, and to the other friends, new & old, that we saw & met there – you’ve recharged our batteries and given us the motivation to keep helping all we can. Enough to carry us through Christmas, New Years and right up to the JVAlert Live event in Orlando Florida on February 6, 7 & 8, 2009.

Tell me…

Will YOU Be There?

If there’s any way at all you can make it to JVAlert Live next February, please do – and be sure to look us up when you get there! Don’t be shy – Carol, Eleanor, Dennis & Jit had never met us before, though they were long-time readers of our e-zines. Now they’re new friends we hope will stay in touch – maybe even come down and spend a day in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake with us!

So please, bookmark this blog and watch for updates about the Onlando JVAlert – as soon as our friend Ken McArthur has selected the event hotel and gets the early-bird tickets online, we’ll post all the information right here for our online family. And I mean it – we really do look forward to meeting You at JVAlert Live in 2009!
