Wow – Can’t believe it’s been over a week since my last post! Between getting Instant Newsletters In A Box and the Giveaway JV site online, two calls in the Mastering PLR simulcasts with my buddy Alex Sysoef of Expert Wordpress fame, two Team Champigny Affiliate Force training calls and writing the PLR Masters E-Course the last ten days have flown by!
The PLR Masters E-Course has really taken off, as people flock to it before it becomes a paid course on October 1st – and no wonder, with so much great info there PLUS the 50 Free PLR articles for enrolling in the course. We currently have over TWELVE HUNDRED students enrolled in the course, so we may switch to the paid tuition sooner than the original Oct 1st deadline. If you haven’t gotten in already, be sure to do so now if you’d rather not pay $47 – $197 for the course…
One of the business decisions I’m happiest with this year was when Teri & I brought Jeff Levesque on board as our Team Champigny Affiliate Force Commander – the Affiliate Mechanic really is the best affiliate manager in the business! As well as hosting our weekly Affiliate Force training simulcasts and working directly with our affiliates to help them boost their sales, Jeff has been spending a lot of time and money brainstorming with us to improve the whole operation, and our affiliates will be benefitting BIG-TIME from it.
Our first decision was to remove SevenBucks.com from the affiliate program, so affiliates can concentrate on higher-paying products and services we offer – and make themselves more money in the process. Secondly, and far more importantly, the decision was made to pare the affiliate team down by over 95% – unheard of in Internet Marketing to this point!
That’s right – effective October 1st we’re ‘firing’ over 2,400 affiliates who signed up to promote our products and services, paring the team down to just 50 selected affiliates. Then we’ll work directly with those 50, both one-on-one and in the group training calls, to turn all 50 into super-affiliates and create a real Team Champigny Affiliate Force of top-notch affiliate commandos, topping the leaderboards of our promotions and whomever else’s affiliate programs they’re involved in.
The decisions on who stays and who goes are NOT based on past results – but on past & current EFFORTS – we can teach anyone to succeed online, but only those who take immediate, focused action will actually succeed. So that makes our selection process easy – starting with those who have been attending all the weekly affiliate training calls. Add in those who have downloaded, listened to and taken action on the recordings, plus a few top-performers from the past few months and we have our 50 – no problem!
Our affiliate program formally closes to the public on Oct 1st, and any future growth will be strictly by invitation or referral by existing affiliates. We’d much rather have 50 – 100 motivated, active affiliates than the unweildy group of 2,500+ we have now, and will provide the training, resources and tools they need to skyrocket to the top of the affiliate marketing world – then match that with the great new products and services we have planned for rollout over the next two years – products that should take our top affiliates over the 6 figure mark annually.
If you’re not already a Team Champigny affiliate, it’s too late to try and make the Affiliate Force – but you CAN observe what they do over the next two years and emulate their success. And maybe even contact your current affiliate managers and ask why they aren’t doing as much for you as Jeff Levesque does as Commander of the Affiliate Force – just don’t expect a reply from them!
